Geneva, Switzerland, June 11, 2024 - As HackaTRON Season 6 draws to a close, the TRON DAO team, in collaboration with HTX DAO, BitTorrent Chain (BTTC), and JustLend DAO, has brought forth a wave of innovation that has left an indelible mark on the blockchain industry. This season witnessed participants reimagining the digital landscape across various tracks including Web3, DeFi, Artistry, Builder, and Integration, showcasing groundbreaking projects that have propelled the blockchain space forward.
With over 1,100 participants, HackaTRON Season 6 attracted a diverse array of talents, each crafting their unique projects on TRON's platform. The prize pool, totaling up to $650,000*, comprised of $500,000 in TRX, TRON network's native token, and $150,000 in energy for subsidizing transactions and smart contract interactions on the TRON network.
Season 6 not only saw a surge in new participants but also featured a lineup of esteemed sponsors including ChainGPT, Solidus AI Tech, Ankr, Kima Finance, GT-Protocol, and Router Protocol, who played a crucial role in fostering a conducive environment for TRONics to thrive.
The competition sparked by HackaTRON culminated in the selection of winners by a panel of judges and the community, with the following projects emerging victorious in their respective categories:
